Move, Swap, and Flip Your Way to Victory!
Players simultaneously use magic-inspired actions to manipulate their Magical Runes to create patterns. The patterns are used to unlock the lore of the Legends, which are needed to ascend to the level of the Mythics. Reign supreme by accumulating the most points as you race to victory!

Each round, 2 Master Cards are revealed that ALL players will utilize to manipulate their grid of chips, with actions such as:

Mischievous Grandpa, Tabletop Designer, and Magician Extraordinaire!
“Masters to Mythics” is the passion project of Michael Sr., a retired counselor, loving father, tabletop game fanatic, mystery author, professional magician, and all-around trustworthy goof-ball! He wanted an accessible, entertaining game that gathered families and friends together centered on the wizards and illusionists of old.
He and his son, Michael Jr., spent a few years in brainstorming mechanics, playtesting puzzles, and commissioning artwork that included portraits of some of his close friends (who just so happen to be magicians that headline across the globe!) They are excited to share this passion with you and bring wonder and smiling faces to kitchen tables everywhere!

Not at all! We merely invite those curious about magic to explore further.

What are the game materials made of?
Mats: Durable neoprene (the same stuff they use to make wetsuits!)
Cards: Laminated, reinforced, linen cards
Chips: ABS plastic weighted with metal core
How heavy is the box?
The box weighs only 2 lbs 15 oz, easy to transport so you can play at the cabin, park, or beach.
How long does it take to play?
Average games take about 30 min, but you can decrease/increase the victory points to shorten/lengthen the game to 15/45 min.
Where do I go if I have any problems with delivery?
We are performers ourselves, which means we are not only committed to the craft, but committed to delighting our audience. Who made the art for the game?
Nadia Warda and Polina Campbell are the graphic artists for Masters, Legends, & Mythics magi. Tristam Rossin illustrated the game box cover design. Marcell Kertesi is the graphic artist who worked with us on card and icon designs. Michael W. McClure and Michael W. McClure II are responsible for all other incidental imagery used.
What is a Kickstarter?
“Kickstarter is a funding platform that helps creatives get their ideas, that otherwise may not be able to have a chance, on their feet. Kickstarter is driven by two main groups; creators and backers. Creators will come forward with a creative idea and backers fund the ideas. How do creators present their ideas?
They set up a page that shows backers what their project details are and prototypes through the use of videos, images, and text. Creators create reward levels for backers who decide to pledge a specific amount; the larger the pledge amount the greater the reward. The creator decides on the deadline and funding goal.
Once the creators have the support and funds from the backers, the creator develops and produces their project. Backers will get to see the finished result; however, depending on the project it may take up to months for backers to see the result.” (source).
Is magic the same as sorcery?
Magic tricks or effects are the centuries old practices of fooling an audience (for entertainment purposes) into questioning the reality of the faux miracles a magician performs. Sorcery involves the practice of black magic or witchcraft. Normally such supernatural endeavors call upon the devil and his league to grant "real" powers of influence over others and the environment. As modern magicians, we only deal with the sleight of hand, psychological tricks, and entertainment aspects of magic!
